Class A Management has grown into a multi-state property management company. Cathy supervises more than two dozen site managers and oversees marketing and leasing activities for more than 1,800 multifamily units in DFW and Kansas.
Cathy and her team of specialists also manage many more single family investment properties and commercial properties throughout the south. She really can do it all, and she’s supported by a team of professionals whose knowledge and experience rival her own.

The Apartment Queen of the South maintains certifications in RTC, AHDP, Tax Credit, Fair Housing, and Section 8 housing assistance. Cathy has also earned the following awards and recognition:

Putting her vision for the future of property management into action, Cathy has contributed the following efforts to improve local communities and the industry, as a whole.
- Co-developed “Hurst Police Department & Apartment Managers Assoc.”, with Assistant Chief Steve Moore and Al Veda, which has been implemented in cities across the U.S.
- Served on the Civics Affairs Community with the Tarrant County Apartment Assoc. & worked directly with Janetta Vice, president of T.A.A., teaching leasing seminars for the Association
- Maintains outstanding relationships with city officials and vendors
